A super rare, probably one of a kind Red Cross pin made of, 56 (14K) gold and enamel.
The guilloche enamel Red Cross set on the white guilloche back ground which is en-framed in another guilloche enamel band of military order of St George.
It was bestoved to a woman from Red Cross organization for act of valor during WW I who was reworded by the St George Cross.
And later she ordered to made this beautiful dress pin.
I never saw anything like this.

Marked in 3 places. 2 marks on the pin and one, barely visible, on the clasp-pin.
Made by unidentified maker I.B in St Petersburg 1914-1917.
