The menu is illustrated in the book "Russian Ceremonial Dinners" on page 56.
The dinner took place in Alexander Hall of the Big Kremlin Palace.
I put an additional photo (last one) on the site of the menu from a magazine printed in 1896 in which the coronation was written hour by hour and day by day.
This is what reported there on the Dinner 19 May 1896 from which the menu is.

There were only 432 invited, 96 of which were served separately as highest rank guests who were foreigner guests and Grand Duke Romanovs.
The other 336 were mayors of big cities and governors of small and big Russian provinces.
